They’ve banned good people for speaking out against their “slash” fanfiction. If you don’t give them the accolades they so desperately seek, they shun you over there.

In the last 2 years Taylor has never made a peep about his fans being nice. Puhleeze. He’s a man of few words and knows what he’s saying on those blogs. Those psycho TMS fans have been taunting his “friend” and all the parties have been informed. That’s what he meant by “be nice”. After reading the 100+ comments (Out of boredom, really. I’ve pretty much given up on Taylor. He’s never going to tour again, never going to put out a fucking CD, so whatever.) and still being confused as mess, I just have one thing I’d really like to point out…
The phrase is “could NOT care less,” not “could care less.” To say “could care less” implies that (s)he does care and therefore, could care less.
And as for the “be nice” comment, I haven’t heard the blog myself so I really don’t know what context it was in, but if I know what I think I know about Taylor, he was probably reading that from a script and someone just threw that line is as a pleasantry, like “Take care,” or “See you soon.” You don’t have to read into EVERYTHING.

I agree it was a script. I also believe he knew exactly what he was saying and that he purposely made it ambiguous and up for interpretation, so that the people that were meant to hear it would take it the right away. Yes, I believe it was a very passive way of telling his fans to back off. In the last few years I’ve never heard him say anything close to this and “be nice” is not something you sign off with as a pleasantry.

I was a part of TMS in the beginning and loved it over there. I hate what it has become. Adora trusted the admin, and they ran good people off and crashed and burned the site. Too bad. I remember being proud to be a part of TMS, now it is just embarassing.
Yeah, I’m waiting on that State of the Union address from the webmaster saying everything is all hunky dory. Well, all that’s left are mods and loons…..so sad.

There are some valid points on this blog, however, it’s not too difficult to figure out who started it or who contributes here.
I am in total agreement with the TMS bashing. I knew one day they would bury themselves. What I don’t understand is why Tripp is being defended? She was just like the other mods on TMS until they had a big falling out!!! She loved the sick fan fiction & defended it. She attacked anyone who spoke against it via nasty PMs. She also read others PMs & forwarded them to other mods (who she now hates) She is the biggest hipocrite of all!

So is the consensus that all fanfiction is bad, or is it just the slash fic? I admit to reading some of the slash…have always had to imagine the other guy being a girl though, and chant ‘Tay likes women’ over and over in my head…I have never written slash. I have written het fic about Taylor. If that makes me ’sick’ to you, I don’t care…it’s an escape for me.
And he’s not the first celeb to have stories written about him…it’s been going on for years.

I’m not a member at TMS anymore, but when I was, I was not ‘disgusting’, I’m still not ‘disgusting’. I don’t appreciate being lumped in with those who are still there who truly are. I have good friends who are still there who are not disgusting. TMS used to be a great place, but IMO, once Wes and Bill showed up, and everybody started kissing their asses, that’s when it started going downhill. They thought if they got close the Williams brothers, they’d get somewhere with Taylor. I knew better, so I didn’t bother. Probably the only one who will get anywhere near Taylor is Lia. Lia’s a cute girl, petite and blonde (but then she went brunette, now I think she’s gone back blonde). Anyway, I hope she’s not using Wes to get somewhere with Taylor…she doesn’t seem like she would, but so many people have shocked me lately with their actions…
If the fact that I find Taylor extremely attractive, that I perv over him, makes me ‘disgusting’, well too damn bad.

Just Wondering….Lia is one of the good ones. There are several other Mods that shouldn’t be lumped in with the nasty ones also. Mannana, dg90001, christin, & Midnight Rose are the ones I can think of. They have ALWAYS been pleasant and welcoming to everyone. I think they may still be members, but that doesn’t make them bad. I don’t know how much they associate with the bitches.
I wasn’t around when Wes joined, but it was obvious that Tapp was kissing his ass just to get close to Bill. Like she’d even have a chance with him. I heard from someone that Bill was pissed at Wes for hanging out there because Tapp is such a stalker. Could just be a made up story but I’d like to think it’s true.
